We seek an experienced senior manager of business Systems Products to manage the lifecycle of products within the Supply Chain Services Business Products organization. The candidate should have experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, and Business Strategy.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap Management:
Manage the roadmap for products based on business priorities and objectives. Work with the product managers, business stakeholders, data engineering, and data science teams to ensure actionable, high-quality data drive products. Prioritize and sequence the backlog to maximize business value. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Write compelling user stories and ensure cross-functional teams work on stories that provide incremental value to the supply chain. Convert complex business requirements into technical specifications. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including reference guides and technical specifications. Product Development and Execution:
Led cross-functional product development teams to deliver robust replenishment solutions. Led the team on project development, ensuring that replenishment products are delivered on time and within budget. Employ Agile Methodologies to plan and prioritize product development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. Project Management:
Define and document project scope, objectives and desired outcomes. Perform regular assessments of project execution to identify areas for improvement. Track project performance to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met. Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operating units, bottlers, financial and commercial teams, and supply chain management to gather insights and validate product requirements. Lead Cross Functional team meetings to align with short- and long-term strategy goals. Resolve issues or conflicts as they arise to ensure best use of resources. Use relevant data to craft stories designed to influence team decisions. Collaborate with IT professionals and external partners to integrate replenishment tools seamlessly with existing systems and processes. Communicate and demonstrate product updates, development progress and roadmaps effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Through stakeholder feedback, identify areas for improvement and identify future product enhancements. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment. Collaborate with Cross functional teams to prioritize and implement product updates, replenishment refinements and user experience enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT, or a related field. An MBA a plus. 5+ years of experience as a product owner, project manager, business analyst, or similar role in a data-driven environment. Understanding of data science replenishment and optimization principles. Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and product management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to succeed in an ambiguous environment. Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams. Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus. Experience with SAP IBP, Inventory Optimization or similar tools is a plus.
