Key job responsibilitiesWork closely with UX designers and product managers to develop friendly UI experiences.Work closely with other engineers to architect and develop the best technical design.Develop/maintain operational rigor for the frontend of a new AWS service.Own and deliver key features within a new interactive ML application.Collaborate with other AWS SDEs for features that cut across AWS.Engage with customers and other AWS partners.
Basic Qualifications3+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience.1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience.Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
Preferred Qualifications4+ years of agile software development methodology experience.Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
