We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biophysics Scientist to join our Research and Development organization to advance development of multi-omic products. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in biophysics, with a strong background in Matlab and python code development, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in statistical analysis for biological applications. Experience with AI based approaches is considered a significant advantage. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in experimental benchwork with a focus on biophysics, physical chemistry, and single molecule techniques. Proficiency with instrumentation, particularly microscopy, is highly advantageous for the role.If you possess the following and want to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore this role.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Develop and execute assays and improve multi-omic analysis, with a focus on applying analytical techniques to understand complex biological systems. Experimentation should be both independent, and as part of a collaborative team.Utilize advanced skills in Matlab and/or Python code development to implement computational models, algorithms, and simulation for data analysis and image processing.Employ highly recursive experimental approaches to problem-solve and advance techniques and applications.Apply robust statistical methods of data analysis to analyze and draw conclusions about experimental data.Education and Experience:D. in Biophysics, Physics, Physical Chemistry, or a related field, plus a minimum of three years industry experience.Postdoctoral experience in biophysics research with a strong publication track record demonstrating expertise.Demonstrated proficiency in writing and developing Matlab and/or Python based scripts and pipelines.Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, data analytics. Experience in AI/ML based approaches a plus.Strong experimental skills including experience with biological systems, microscopy, and single-molecule techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
