is seeking an ambitious and growth-minded
Retina Surgeon
to work with our rapidly growing vitreoretinal specialty team and support staff at two retina centers of excellence (Fort Myers and Naples). One of our retina specialists is retiring, so this new surgeon will be able to step right into a well-established practice. For over 20 years, Retina Health Center has provided exceptional vitreoretinal eye care to patients located in the greater southwest Florida area.HighlightsJoin a high-volume, well-established retina practice with available volume starting day 1 (40-50 patients per day with growth potential) and a favorable payor mix.Full dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support.Fort Myers is home to coastal neighborhoods, beautiful beaches, and has
no
state income tax.CompensationVery competitive, guaranteed base salary plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary.After initial guarantee, compensation is based on production formula only with
