Position InformationRequisition Number: 24M500016Position Title: Associate Director, Student Accessibility & Support ServicesPosition Description: The Associate Director provides services for students with disabilities. Individual student needs are assessed and academic accommodations, learning strategies, and environmental adaptations are implemented, and auxiliary aides are accessed. Consulting with professors, other support programs, and other offices, and solving disability-related student problems in a timely manner are essential. The Associate Director will serve as the Director’s backup in the Director’s absence.Position Requirements
Graduate degree, Masters Degree level in learning disabilities, special education, education, counseling, psychology, clinical mental health, rehabilitation counseling, or related field.Demonstrated experience working with students with disabilities at the college level.Demonstrated relationship building and maintaining skills.Demonstrated strong writing and communication skills.Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.Location
