Job Summary:
Digi Solutions, a leading marketing agency in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 per year, paid biweekly. As a Graphic Designer at Digi Solutions, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from digital graphics to print materials, and play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals.Compensation & Benefits:

Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to understand their marketing goals and develop effective graphic design solutionsDesign and produce marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visualsCreate and edit video and motion graphics for social media and other digital platformsDevelop and maintain brand guidelines for our clients and ensure consistency across all design assetsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designsManage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality workRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency settingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with video and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plusStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and stylesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesStrong attention to detail and ability to execute projects accurately and independentlyKnowledge of current design trends and best practicesIn-depth understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principlesEEOC Statement:
