Join us, and be part of the movement shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow.Job Overview:The Head of Investor Relations ensures the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders. The individual in this role will report directly to the CEO. This position will be responsible for creating appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics. They will provide a very compelling investor relations roadmap and require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The individual must have the ability to carefully manage relationships outside of the company in the equity research and investor community.Responsibilities:
Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder valueDevelop and strengthen the trends in emerging technology and crypto markets.Collaborate with the CEO and Co-founders to structure financing rounds.Develop a robust investor relations strategy and frameworkCreate and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external partiesManage equity research and investor relationshipsProvide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership teamAnalyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the businessResponsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference callsWork with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory mattersQualifications:
The Head of IR must be a seasoned professional with extensive experience generating business results and leading teams with effective management skills.The job requires a corporate professional who also has entrepreneurial skills and looks to the future with optimism to envision what could be possible.Success in this role requires collaboration, communication, leadership, and vision.A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accountingAn MBA or FMVA certification is an asset3+ years of experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research AnalystsStrong understanding of venture capital deal terms and crypto deal termsNative understanding of crypto and blockchain technologiesA deep network within cryptoDeep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industryIntimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investorsA strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trendsA professional who is also entrepreneurial, and has a client-minded focusMust be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlinesHas superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investorsIf you are passionate about blockchain technology, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess the skills and experience outlined above, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of decentralized innovation.
