CoStar Group is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its residential research & content curation experience. This is a role that will be responsible for driving a workflow and content curation experience that our Content team loves. You will lead the long-term product vision for the associate experience, and focus on the planning and execution of CX throughout the CRM Product Lifecycle. You will partner with the Senior Product Managers as well as with the broader cross-functional group including Product Design, Engineering, and Business Operations. This position is in Richmond, VA and offers the following hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in guiding our teams to success. Your responsibilities include: Crafting clear and actionable problem statements. Showcasing your deep understanding of iterative software delivery. Skillfully grooming thin-slice MVPs. Shaping priorities and contributing to the roadmap for feature development for CoStar’s Residential Research. Obsessing over UX/UI patterns to create world-class omni-channel experiences. Taking ownership of the near-term product roadmap and prioritizing effectively to deliver on business outcomes. Swiftly identifying points of leverage within complex problems or systems. Defining success metrics and measurable outcomes through data-driven decision-making. Guiding decisions about the risks of both actions taken and not taken. Seeking ways to iterate faster in a well-managed manner. Collaborating with Tech partners to share our business strategy and roadmap. Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies alongside the Tech Lead. Creating reusable, extensible, and resilient solutions. Proactively identifying opportunities when key metrics on security, resilience, and performance need attention. Communicating a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams. Building relationships beyond your immediate team and contributing to team culture. Leading activities to attract and retain top talent. Mentoring and developing junior product associates. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College. • A track record of commitment to prior employers. • 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions. • 5+ years' experience managing the development of digital content products supporting a search experience. • Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs. • Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas. • Understanding of content management systems and editorial workflows. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• 6+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions. • 6+ years' experience managing the development of digital content products supporting a search experience. • Residential Real Estate domain knowledge. • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics.
