TalentPop is experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and is looking for best-in-class Customer Success Managers to join our team and support our clients. This is your chance to join a winning team and develop strong relationships with some of the most innovative e-commerce brands in the world.What You’ll Do:Manage the relationship between TalentPop agents and the brands that we work with.Help establish Standard Operating Procedures for our client’s customer service processes.Help new customer service agents get up to speed with the brand they’re going to be working with.Provide support and guidance to Customer Service Team, and work with Team Leaders to ensure that our Customer Service Agents are providing exceptional service.Set customer satisfaction goals and KPIs, and work with the team to meet them consistently.Work closely with the Co-Founder and Director of Customer Success to brainstorm new ways to increase client satisfaction.Identify strategic insights from customer interactions and utilize data and customer insights to report to the leadership team.Who You Are:You love people and people love you.
