As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Store Manager for Team Nextar , you will be responsible for directly working with all team members to ensure all are well versed in our selling process,

products and services and ensuring our retail locations attain both operational standards of excellence and profitability goals. Become our next District General or Sales Manager!Win prizes and trips through various sales contests throughout the year.As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Store Manager for Team Nextar, you will be responsible for:Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Sales Associates.Meeting or exceeding both your personal and team key performance indicators each month.Coaching/mentoring your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.Ensuring your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Metro by T-Mobile and Nextar Telecom.Ensuring all promotional rollouts, inventory procedures or other duties and tasks assigned by Nextar Telecom leadership are executed timely and correctly.Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.Team Nextar is looking for candidates with the following experiences, skills, and qualifications:1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Post or Prepaid Wireless businesses, managing team members.Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members.Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.Ability to travel to our various locations within your market as business needs dictate.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.About Nextar TelecomNextar Telecom is an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile.
