Enterprise Sales Director (AI and Machine Learning Focus)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Director with a background in selling AI and Machine Learning projects and services. In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise clients to better understand their AI needs while highlighting Lionbridge's cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll be a key player in our sales team, helping clients understand our AI services, solutions, pricing, and availability, and consistently surpassing revenue targets. This role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft customized solutions and partnering with sales and marketing teams to broaden our market reach.
We are particularly interested in professionals with knowledge of AI and Machine Learning as we grow our team. Your contribution will be crucial in driving revenue growth, educating clients about our AI offerings, and working with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen, sales expertise, and a solid grasp of AI/ML technologies.
What You Will Do
Independently contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's AI and Machine Learning solutions, effectively articulating the value proposition.
Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve set revenue quotas.
Educate customers and clients on Lionbridge's AI service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of offerings.
Collaborate closely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomes and foster strong relationships.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the AI sales cycle, strategically leveraging each stage to advance the sale and close deals.
Stay abreast of AI and Machine Learning industry trends and developments, incorporating market insights into sales strategies.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, contributing to overall sales strategy and planning.
Act as a brand ambassador for Lionbridge, always representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
To Be Successful You Will Have
Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets, specifically within AI and Machine Learning.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex AI solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.
Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector.
High level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.
Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning services.
The capability to adapt to changing client needs, industry dynamics, and company goals, adjusting sales approaches accordingly.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
