The T4I People & Places technology team is looking for a Principal Product Manager with experience in Recruiting technology who is a user-centric product leader and can transform the technology that powers our recruiting product offerings for internal customers. You are responsible for providing overall technical and functional leadership for Intuit’s hiring ecosystem which includes 1st Party and 3rd Party products. You are passionate about creating products that change the way we hire and onboard.. You will drive the product roadmap and execution for the next generation of recruiting and onboarding technologies. You are a product person through and through. You are a customer advocate first and know how to balance that responsibility with the business analytics/metrics that drive success. You bring that ethos to work every single day, where you partner with design, analytics, and engineering team members to create and deliver integrated, innovative end-to-end employee experiences. You have formally led large, cross-team dependent projects and are comfortable in a player-coach role in the organization.Responsibilities

Partner with People and Places Leadership team to deeply understand Intuit’s talent strategy, technology needs, candidate and recruiter experience and shape the decision makingYou will assume product ownership for Recruiting systems at Intuit both home grown and 3P applicationsDevelop a product strategy and roadmap that will accelerate awesome results for Intuit employees and applicants. Align with customers on their most important business priorities and articulate a vision for how technology can be an enabler and acceleratorManage and direct E2E cross-functional program team across People and Places and ITEstablish robust governance of Intuit’s Recruiting ecosystem to ensure a durable implementation, and high data qualityIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the employee experience, reduce risk and costs, and improve compliance and controlsThink broadly and provide innovative options/solutions. Stay abreast of external trends and new suppliers to advise/consult with HR partners to deliver on their strategy and inform the technology roadmapEvaluate and analyze data and information from vendors and internal sources to understand historical data and identify emerging trends.Ensure implemented technology meets the transactional, reporting, and analytical needs of our businesses. Work with data engineering teams to redesign our workforce data lake and BI reportsProvide leadership and guidance to the team that processes HR transactions championing a culture of continuous process improvement. Working in conjunction with other COE leaders, ensure that end-to-end processes are delivering desired resultsCommunicate effectively across the organization to ensure that the team is completely aligned to the business objectives and can do the job effectivelyBuild strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders that can help smooth execution, identify new opportunitiesLive the Intuit values and lead a multidisciplinary team with integrity, passion and purpose. As a leader, you are expected to be bold, provide clear direction, be decisive, and learn fast7+ years of experience in the HR Technology space with focus in implementing or building recruiting applications, in a Fortune 500 companyExperience in solution evaluation, design, configuration, implementation, integration, and administration of applicant tracking systemsExperience as a senior leader of distributed, global teams with sustained high levels of employee engagementDemonstrated domain/industry thought leadership in HR Technology landscapeExtensive experience managing vendor/partners to deliver against service level agreement target measurementsProven track record of motivating technical talent and influencing business stakeholdersA laser focus on outstanding business outcomes with effective and fast decision making that takes into account the interests of all three key stakeholders – employees, customers and shareholdersMust be very comfortable with Agile and related methodologies to accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing riskAbility to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomesTrack record delivering innovative, user focused solutionsStrong executive leadership – excellent communication skills, collaborative, empowers others, understands facilitative leadership and change management (across multiple organizations)Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solutionStrong communication, presentation and facilitation skillsKnowledge of the HR Domain and Business processesCritical thinking and innovative problem solvingAbility to develop credibility quickly and influence business leadersBS Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
