Join our team at Hale Kipa as a full-time Guide on the Side Case Manager in a program dedicated to serving young adults facing homelessness. Your role will involve identifying eligible participants, securing housing, and providing case management services. You will also be responsible for teaching independent living and social skills, assisting with employment, vocational, and educational resources, and offering any other necessary services to support these young adults in successfully integrating into the community. This position is part of a team-oriented approach, where collaboration and cooperation are key to achieving our mission. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or a similar discipline. At least one year of experience working with youth/young adults is essential. Requirements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems. Consistent and timely documentation. A valid driver's license. Current auto insurance & safety check required.
