September 15, 2023LINE-X supports a network of about 500 Franchises specializing in aftermarket vehicle upfit, including our best-in-class spray-on truck bed liner.The Field Franchise Business Consultant (FFBC) effectively develops the Franchisee/corporate relationship and provides onsite support to promote consistency, growth, and satisfaction of Franchise owners/operators. By leveraging Franchisee relationships, reinforcing growth tools & resources, and supporting training efforts, FFBCs will service a vital role in reinforcing compliance & standards expectations, including but not limited to full implementation of LINE-X Core Services.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensure contractual compliance and adherence to brand standards.Responsible for understanding, interpreting, upholding, and enforcing consistent execution of franchisee agreements.Coordinate with the Director of Standards & Field Operations to communicate brand standards, report non-compliance, and distribute action plans.Accountable for owning the Franchisee relationship:

Reinforce FBC coaching efforts.Coordinate with Franchise Sales, Technical Support, Marketing, and Data to discuss the state of the business and provide recommended tactics to improve overall performance.Respond to operations questions & share best practices.Help manage communication between Franchisees and other LINE-X corporate teams, including order management, accounts payable & accounts receivable.Provide warranty coordination & support for end-consumers.

Train franchisees on new products, processes, equipment & sales tactics:

Identify ongoing training needs and coordinate with the LINE-X Training Department to create and implement solutions while maximizing adoption of the online LINE-X University (LXU) platform.Coordinate with Regional Franchise Business Consultants to reinforce strategic business tools.Assist Franchisees in identifying training opportunities to improve operations & sales and provide a learning path.

Create & maintain accurate records for Franchise support efforts:

Effectively utilize Salesforce documentation procedures to create accurate records of all Franchise communications, including onsite visit summaries.Prepare and maintain a 60-day schedule in Outlook.Schedule and host in-store visits every 6 months.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in relevant field preferred.Experience in Franchise organization required; experience in service or automotive industry preferred.Job Skills:

Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong verbal & written communication, clean driving record, and valid driver's license.Preferred: Understanding of business operations and management, familiarity with QuickBooks & Salesforce.

Location/Travel:This position is remote. Employee must be based in Texas to serve the surrounding region.The role requires frequent travel (3 weeks each month) by air and car within the region of responsibility.Region of responsibility consists of about 75 Franchises across multiple states (Texas and surrounding region).Employment Information:This position reports to the Director of New Platform Development.Compensation: $85,000-$105,000 annually; offered salary will account for experience, market data, and other factors.Full-time employees are eligible for group health insurance, vision, dental, and optional insurance coverage.LINE-X LLC/LINE-X Franchising LLC is not involved in the employment opportunities and/or process of any Franchise as it relates to their hiring practices and benefits offerings.
