LEAD ENGINEER - APP F/W&MW-ANDROID

• Person at this position takes ownership of a module and associated quality and delivery. They provide instructions, guidance, and advice to team members to ensure quality and on-time delivery.• Expected to instruct and review the quality of work done by technical staff.• Should identify key issues and challenges independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results with minimal direction and supervision.• Ability to investigate the root cause of problems and propose alternatives/solutions based on sound technical foundations gained through in-depth knowledge of technology, standards, tools, and processes.• Capable of organizing and drawing connections among ideas and distinguishing between those that are implementable.• Demonstrates flexibility in resolving problems/issues with a command of all techniques, processes, tools, and standards within the relevant field of specialization.Responsibilities:Responsible for requirement analysis and feasibility study, including system-level work estimation while considering risk identification and mitigation.Responsible for design, coding, testing, bug fixing, documentation, and technical support in the assigned area, ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to quality and productivity goals.Responsible for traceability of requirements from design to delivery, code optimization, and coverage.Conduct reviews, identify risks, and own the quality of deliverables.Identify training needs of the team.Enhance technical capabilities by attending trainings, self-study, and periodic technical assessments.Participate in technical initiatives related to projects and organizations and deliver training as per plan and quality.Serve as a technical mentor for junior members.May be given additional responsibility of managing people based on the discretion of the Project Manager.Education and Experience Required
