About This Role:Role Overview:

Universal Consulting Services (UCS), a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria), is seeking a talented Management Analyst II. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Facilities Department, Port Hueneme, CA.

Responsibilities:

Process and integrate data involving the detailed use of systems IAW NSWC PHD established business practices and approved software applications.

Provide support in the processing of Incoming and Outgoing Funding Documents.

Verify the accuracy of data within the business systems (mainly ERP).

Coordinate with departments and branch personnel in the gathering and review of supporting documents required for the management of funds.

Conduct follow-up actions for funding documentation; ensure funding document packages are complete, organized, and stored appropriately.

Assist program analysts with tasking and work assignments.

Analyze, extract, and identify significant trends and issues from financial spreadsheets.

Maintain and update spreadsheets IAW NSWC PHD established business practices and via approved software applications.

Plan, phase & coordinate budget/financial execution.

Identify trends and troubleshoot spreadsheets/work products.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation using standardized templates.

Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Education:B.S. in related fields.

Clearance:Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Years of Professional Experience:2 - 4 years of experience.

The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

Prior DoD experience.

Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).

As partners in our team's success, we offer a comprehensive compensation structure that includes competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, referral bonuses, and more.

The projected compensation range for this position is $63,000 to $65,000 (Annually USD).
