Our firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Funds group. This position is available in our offices in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., and California.

Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
Preferred: Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and structuring carry vehicles.

Pay Transparency:
In accordance with California, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York City or Washington, D.C. is $260,000 – $390,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
