Case Manager LCSW

DescriptionCare Manager LCSW at Providence Little Co of Mary Medical Ctr-Torrance. We have full-time positions (Day shifts) that will work 8-hour shifts. Case Management is a collaborative practice including patients, caregivers, nurses, social workers, physicians, payers, support staff, other practitioners and the community.
