St. Mary High Desert Medical Group in Apple Valley, California is seeking a board-certified/board eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist who is passionate about caring for the underserved patients in a semi-rural setting. This is a rapidly expanding practice with a highly dedicated team focused on building a brand-new service line while providing the best quality of care possible. You will have plenty of collaboration and mentorship opportunities if desired and the position provides the flexibility to pursue your own professional growth initiatives as well.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to an underserved population
Collaborate with highly qualified colleagues and mentors
Utilize strong primary care support and referral base to build practice
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years strongly preferred, may consider new graduates
Open to H1-B and J1 candidates
Compensation:
Compensation is between $307,042 and $438,019 per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
