We are seeking a
Sales Manager for our Front Line team.
The Sales Manager is responsible for assisting in the direction and coordination of all sales activities of new Owners for the Bluegreen Vacations Preview Center set in the beautiful White Mountains of Lincoln, NH!
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruit and train sales representativesMotivate and mentor sales team to achieve budgeted sales goalsAssist with conducting sales and training meetingsEnsure that management staff are aware of and adhere to all Bluegreen's HR policies and proceduresEnsure that sales activities are conducted within State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelinesMaintain company minimum performance standardsMaintain excellent customer serviceJOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.2 years management experience, with 2-3 years of experience in the timeshare or vacation club industry, specifically in SalesStart Up experience a plusCustomer service and quality fundamentals.Thorough understanding of the timeshare industry. Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office.Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.Detail-oriented with strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communications skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
