We are seeking a talented IVR/Chatbot Developer to join our team and help us build cutting-edge interactive voice response (IVR) systems and chatbots. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML), along with a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly conversational interfaces.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain IVR systems and chatbots to meet business requirements and user needs.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and techniques to understand and interpret user input.
- Integrate IVR systems and chatbots with backend APIs, databases, and other third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define and refine product features.
- Conduct testing and debugging of IVR systems and chatbots to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and conversational technologies, and incorporate them into our products.
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and external clients as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in software development, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks, such as NLTK, spaCy, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with machine learning (ML) algorithms and libraries, and their application to chatbot development.
- Familiarity with IVR platforms and telephony protocols, such as Twilio, Plivo, SIP, and RTP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in developing conversational interfaces, IVR systems, or chatbots is a plus.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in AI and conversational UX/UI design.
