What We Seek...

We are looking for a New Business Development Representative that will originate new business through prospecting and outreach. Our New Business Development Representatives are responsible for becoming a knowledge expert in all Britten products, identifying high potential clients and successfully earn their business while building and sustaining long-lasting relationships through prospecting efforts. The right candidate will be results driven, have a sense of urgency for achieving goals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of proven New Business salesBachelor's Degree preferredSales experience within either the Digital Printing, Event Agency, or Venues marketsA Sales Hunting mentality, must demonstrate the ability to originate new sales opportunities, with a track record of growthArticulate, confident, and personable personalitySelf-starter, problem solver, ability to think on your feetAbility to travel up to 50% of timeFlexible schedule to accommodate travel and working after hours as necessaryAlign with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People UpPhysical Demands and Work Environment
