Job Description

Job Summary:

The C# / .NET Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C# and .NET technologies, along with strong leadership, communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C# and .NET technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within scope, while maintaining high standards of quality.Perform code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure best practices are followedDeveloping APIs/MicroservicesDeploying On-Prem or to GCPKnowledge of DevSecOps processes, Gitlab, GitHubExperience developing with CoPilots is a plusStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve the development process.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in C# and .NET technologies.Prior Experience with one or more areas such as Digital Apps for Financial Institutions, Commercial Banking solutions, Loan/Lending Systems will be a plusStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other .NET frameworks.Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).Experience with database design and development using ORACLE Server or other relational databases.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
