We are looking to hire a Litigation Paralegal who has at least 3 years of experience, particularly related to auto accidents and premises liability cases.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Draft discovery responses
Draft depo notices
Communicate and coordinate with clients in answering discovery
Prepare trial binders
File court documents
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
Familiarity with legal research
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
