Works with internal and external customersMaintains positive vendor, liquidation, BDC and outlet relationshipsCompletes Return to Manufacturer (RTM) program which includes all paperwork, vendor contact, and creditProcesses and dispositions damaged, discontinued, defective, special order, cancelled productGenerates and monitors reports including RTM worklist and damaged on hand listMaintains continuous dialogue with the 3PL partner to address and resolve claims (customer and cargo), updates Lowe’s claims portalProcesses vendor credit for items returned by customers as damaged or defective and requests vendor return authorizationsPerforms daily inventory reconciliation with Lowe’s and 3PLPerforms WMS inventory reporting and validationPerforms inventory cycle counts, audits, adjustments and reconciliationMinimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent1 year of directly related experiencePreferences:
