This position plays a vital role in our company's success by intaking patients, providing an exceptional experience, and ensuring all patient needs are met.A Day in the Life of the Client ConciergeWarmly greeting clients in person and over the phone. Providing basic knowledge and education about our wide variety of services.Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory counts, and keeping supplies fully stocked while ensuring a positive and warm experience for our clientsMaintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facilityAssistant providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining the appointment books.Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes within the locationEnsure POS system is managed effectively and accurately with all client appointment and employee information added.Required Skills, Qualifications, and ExperiencePrevious customer service experience (1 year)Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekendsPrevious experience working in a med spa or medical office preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate with proper etiquetteAbility to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the businessAbility to work as part of a team and take initiativeEnthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding serviceMust Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policyMust maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundationMust have sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skillsMust be able to sit or stand for long periods of timeMust be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications
