Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License requiredEducation:

Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred.Certification:

BLS/CPR certification requiredExperience:
