Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Payment Analyst to be located in Titusville, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.The Lead Payment Analyst will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end investigator/site payment processes, payment calculations, creation and management of purchase orders, and clinical trial payments. Acts as liaison among colleagues within Contract & Centralized Services (CCS) and study teams to assist with complex issue resolution and/or guidance, as needed.Key Responsibilities:Acts as liaison among colleagues within CCS and study teams to assist with issue resolution and/or guidance, as needed.Ability to understand and analyze study-specific documents, PO calculators, CTAs and other required study information.Partner with SCMs, LTMs and SMs and other functions as needed to ensure and promote a collaborative environment.Answer queries, questions and issue resolution with sites and study teams, as needed.Rectify failed payments, as appropriate, for purchase requisitions.Exemplary customer focus with vision to drive solutions.Train new CCS team members on specific processes and technology.Demonstrate leadership through appropriate team guidance, as needed.Responsible for training study teams relating to payment support and specific processes.People management responsibility, including performance and development. (Global team - virtual environment).Develop talent to enhance the team's effectiveness.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree is required.Experience and Skills:Required:5 - 8 years’ experience and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research.Must have a working knowledge of clinical payment processing and systems with at least 4 years of payment experience.Working knowledge of local systems, including mCTMS, RAVE, iCertis, and A/P systems.Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).Ability to work effectively in cross-function teams.Strong and proven analytical and problem resolution skills.Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum).Must demonstrate innovative spirit, have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision.Follows standard policies and procedures for multiple departments, geographic areas, client groups or projects.Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.Preferred:Familiarity with healthcare compliance and other relevant guidance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor, etc.).Previous experience working in virtual teams.Other:Travel Percentage: 10%This job posting is anticipated to close on 07/25/2024.
