Agility Partners is seeking a qualified UX Designer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely across Digital Product, Design & Engineering organizations to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. As a key member of our User Experience team, you will facilitate a user-centered discovery process and develop design concepts and prototypes that deliver valuable solutions to our customers. Responsibilities:
Work with user experience team members to research, concept, and design intuitive experiences that simplify complex functionality. Create recommendations in the form of site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction-based prototypes for project initiatives. Support user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to advocate user needs, understand business goals, and move forward customer-centric strategies. Benefits and Perks

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer. Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Photoshop. Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Ability to own and articulate design decisions. Basic understanding of agile product development. Mentors across the team in development and technical skills, as well as Design & Innovation methods. Demonstrates passion and focus on the total holistic customer experience. Expertise in usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
