We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our company. This role involves accurately inputting session note and billing data into our client's systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in data entry software.Responsibilities:Accurately enter session note and billing data into designated software programs (Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Quickbase, IMA).Ensure data integrity by cross-checking information and identifying discrepancies.Maintain a clean and organized data entry workspace.Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.Qualifications:Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.Proficiency in Smartsheet, Google Sheets, and Quickbase. Experience with IMA is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.This is a full-time position requiring a 9:00 AM -5:00 PM EST schedule.
