Night Janitorial Supervisor

Bilingual (Spanish/English) MANDATORY1-2 years of Supervisor experience1-2 years of customer service experienceWorking knowledge of janitorial equipmentMust have previous experience in Janitorial Commercial (preferably Commercial A) experience.Working knowledge of OSHA required processes.Intermediate level of Microsoft Office including word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.Excellent personal organization skills and exceptional planning skills to avoid reactional situation(s).Excellent follow-up and an eye for detail.Anticipates problems and proactively implements preventative action plans.Flexibility to respond to urgent client requests on evenings and weekends when necessary.Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.Excellent relational skills and experience dealing with union environment.Other:
Ability to work night shift.Ability to adjust work schedule as needed to support the operation.Ability to effectively lead a staff of direct reports.Ability to effectively communicate and to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating and procedural manuals, and handbooks.Basic understanding of computer programs, including Microsoft Office.Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to resolve issues under tight timeframes and pressure.Ability to prioritize assignments and projects and to multi-task within restricted time constraints.Excellent team building and planning skills.Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop productive business relationships, and ability to influence and educate employees.Salary: $66,560 - $75,000 semi-monthlyThe pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
