The Front Desk Supervisor manages daily front desk and guest services operations.General Responsibilities Include:

Check list and daily front desk report completionCheck in and check out of guestsPBX operationsSupervising bell operations, guest service agents, and overall customer careNew hire training and associate re-trainingUpholding proper front desk proceduresEstablished brand standardsFront desk projects and assignmentsPerform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors and/or ManagersSkills/Knowledge Required:

Must be able to speak, read and write EnglishMust have prior experience as a front desk agent and be able to show a solid background in customer service and knowledge of hotel front desk operationsGood communication and computer skillsPrevious supervisory experience is requiredMust be able to effectively lead small teams of associatesPrevious hotel experience preferredMust have a flexible schedule and be able to work morning, mid and night shifts, weekday shifts, weekends and holidaysPhysical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbsMust be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretchRequires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuityMust be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to four (4) hoursRequires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipmentQualification Standards:

Education:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalentExperience:

Luxury Brand and Boutique Hotel experience preferredGrooming:
