You relish tallying up the numbers one minute and communicating your findings to a team leader the next.ResponsibilitiesUse cutting edge data science and analytics techniques to shape Google’s support platform and help solve our customers’ and users’ issues.Work in a team covering problem definition, metrics development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, creation, implementation of analytical/statistical models, and presenting to stakeholders.Contribute to a Data Science/Product Analytics roadmap for your team that delivers against the Support Platform’s broader strategy. Establish the project goals, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in-line with the long-term goals.Build an understanding of the data sets used by Customer Engagement Support and its partner teams. Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on our most impactful customer journeys.
