Responsible for developing community relationships to generate single and multifamily leads such that OneUnited Bank meets and/or exceeds goals for CRA and community development lending. Develop knowledge and partnerships related to affordable housing. Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES -
Essential job functions include but are not limited to: Identify opportunities to expand OneUnited Bank’s brand and presence in local mortgage market. Develop a process to prospect new mortgage loan leads (consumers and multifamily brokers). Follow up with prospects to increase loan application volume. Track all sales activities in Salesforce (CRM) and keep current by updating account information regularly. Maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects. Refer SFM leads to Branch Manager and multifamily brokers to the VP of Commercial Underwriting to generate successful loan applications. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and leads. Meet and/or exceed sales goals such that OneUnited meets CRA and community development goals. Coordinate with other teams and departments to optimize sales efforts. Conduct outbound sales calls to leads and existing deposit customers to sell mortgage programs. Have knowledge of loan programs. Have knowledge of OneUnited Bank deposit products and services. Develop sales planning and strategizing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of banking experience. 3+ years of Sales Experience. Work office ready. Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel by car, airplane, bus or train to other Bank offices, to other sites or to other states to attend meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, or to perform business development and/or other activities as required. Pay Range: $2884.62 - $3,269.23/Biweekly, which annualizes to $75,000 - 85,000
