TASTE SUCCESS
| As our
Project Manager,
you’ll play a critical role in optimizing project workflows and collaboration across various departments, with a particular focus on utilizing ClickUp PMS. Your expertise in project management tools, cross-functional collaboration, and background in one or more eCommerce work domains will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of HexClad's operations.
Project Management:
Work hand-in-glove with department heads and project owners to flesh out deliverables and milestones; build PM structures (in ClickUp) to support; manage and support deadlines, roadblocks, resource allocations for each project.
ClickUp System Expertise:
Serve as a resident expert on ClickUp PMS, ensuring optimal utilization and integration into cross-departmental workflows.
Workflow Optimization:
Collaborate with department heads to understand project workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains, and building out in PMS.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to team members on ClickUp PMS, ensuring a high level of proficiency across departments.
Collaboration Facilitation:
Facilitate collaboration between departments by implementing project management best practices and utilizing ClickUp features for seamless communication and task management.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project timelines, goals, and deliverables.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze project management reports, providing insights to leadership on project status, resource allocation, and potential areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data and information within ClickUp, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Meeting Accountability:
Regularly sit in project management meetings to capture tasks and updates that need to be created or updated in ClickUp.
Requirements
Proven experience as a project manager, using ClickUp PMS with in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process optimization.
Familiarity with DTC e-commerce operations and challenges.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
