Position SummaryWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Senior Client Systems Engineer who will contribute significantly to building our organization.The primary focus of this position will be to design, upgrade, update, and maintain client systems. They will also implement new client systems and train team members on their use as needed. Secondarily, they will have a lead role in ensuring proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level.Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and be prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows.
Responsibilities
Ownership and administration of Intune, Jamf, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams Video Conferencing Systems, Slack, O365, Okta, and lead new client system implementations/deploymentsDesign, automate, and optimize IT systems and processes to create a scalable efficient teamEscalation point for all client systems related issues and requestsProvide Tier 1 to Tier 3 desktop and mobile device support to all employeesImaging and deployment of new Mac and Windows systemsOnboarding and offboarding users in systemsOnboarding/training of new hires in person and remotelyManage Life cycle for company assets (Procure, manage, dispose of company hardware)Support & administration of Mac and PC client systems and peripheralsSupport for all Cellares provided applications and toolsConference Room maintenance and AV support (Zoom/Teams apps and equipment)Support and maintain network infrastructure in collaboration with the Network TeamSupport for all IT related issues pertaining to Cellares lab equipment HW/SWOn-call Desktop support rotationRequirements
10+ years of related industry experience in IT end user support, specifically in the area of client systems implementations/administration and Windows/Mac operating systemsPrior experience with ITSMPrior experience administering MDM solutions for both Mac and WindowsPrior experience administering Google Workspace including integrationsPrior experience using OKTA workflowsPrior experience administering Azure/Teams/O365/SharePointPrior experience administering and setting up equipment for Zoom or other Video Conferencing SystemsAbility to work independently and make decisions based on IT best practicesExcellent communication with leadership and team membersExcellent documentation skills with emphasis on procedures and configurationsSelf-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and a growth/entrepreneurial mindsetOnsite 5 days a week
$90,000 - $210,000 a year
Cellares total compensation package contains competitive base salaries, highly subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, 401(k) Matching, Free EV Charging, Onsite lunches, and Stock options. All displayed pay ranges are approximate, negotiable, and location dependent.
