Seattle Casualty Litigation Associate – Mid to Senior Level

The Seattle office of Bullivant Houser is seeking to hire a full-time associate attorney with four or more years of experience in handling cases in the areas of complex civil litigation defense, including personal and catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, construction defect, contract, and employment trial work.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a group of accomplished lawyers and become part of our nationally-recognized litigation team. This position will have the opportunity to handle significant responsibility in all phases of litigation including legal research, motion practice, discovery, and case management, as well as appearing and presenting arguments at hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.Bullivant cares about our people and we are dedicated to the long-term professional development of our attorneys. Base salary range is $130,000-$155,000, depending on qualifications and experience.QUALIFICATIONS
