Rippling’s Native Benefits Products team owns a range of Rippling-branded products that we offer alongside our benefits administration platform and benefits marketplace. These primarily healthcare and finance products help employers, brokers, and our members (employees and their families) understand and pay for healthcare, appropriately save for retirement, and remain compliant with government regulations. Our current portfolio includes healthcare payments (Rippling Flex) and compliance (Rippling COBRA and Rippling ACA).As a Product Manager you will have two primary goals: 1) Continue to improve and scale our existing products, and 2) evaluate the current benefits landscape and identify and launch new 0-to-1 products.You will lead the equivalent scope of multiple companies and have the opportunity to launch multiple company-sized new products over the next few years.What you will do

Own part of the suite of existing Rippling Native Benefits productsHelp drive identification, hiring, launch, and scaling for our new 0 to 1 benefits productsScale our current products to support tens of millions of employeesWork cross-functionally with virtually every team – across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions – to develop market leading benefits products that can scale to billions in revenue.What you will need

4+ years of Product Management experienceSelf-starter with a bias towards actionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHave owned both 0-to-1 product launches and products at scaleHelicopter pilot mentality - you can easily switch from high level strategy and planning to UI polish and data model detailsExceptional written and verbal communication and comfortable working in a highly cross-functional roleExperience building regulated products in healthcare and/or fintechFounder or hypergrowth startup experience a strong plusIf you don’t necessarily meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply because skills can be used in lots of different ways; your life experience is equally important sometimes.Additional Information
