Support Loan Officers in customer service and loan processing. Assist in monitoring and training assistant-level staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSupport lending team's customer service and loan processing.Underwrite less complex new and renewed credits, modifications, and amendments.Provide quality customer service and follow up on outstanding items.Prepare required disclosure information within designated time frames.Ensure compliance with Bank, regulatory and credit requirements with emphasis on quality customer service while adhering to given deadlines.Assist with mentoring and training loan assistants.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: College graduate with major in accounting, finance, or business preferred.Experience: 3-4 years corporate commercial lending and banking experience with good knowledge of lending regulations, loan funding/closing, and credit/underwriting practices.Skills/Ability: PC proficient. Good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/ Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus. Organized and detail-oriented. Good knowledge of Bank's credit underwriting policies and approval process for assigned loans. Ability to manage loan funding/closing and complex loan issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high production environment. Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.OTHER DETAILS$28.85 - $33.66 / hour.
