Regional Marketing Manager – Aerospace
to drive commercial growth of an industry segment; create and promote market strategies to fit regional needs.
Formula for Success:
Develop, coordinate implementation and monitor progress of
North American segment strategy
incl. key activities and milestones in liaison with Sales, Technology and Supply Chain & Operations organization and global functions.
Own, manage and steer regional
portfolio and
innovation pipeline.
Define portfolio (products & services) needed for a
seamless customer experience
to ensure for business profitability and success.
Coordinate regional
product launches
and identify new application and service needs within the industry.
Responsible for
pricing strategy
and its alignment with Global Segment Managers and (Global/Regional) Key Account Managers.
Conduct industry segment
analysis and benchmarking.
Gather regional
market intelligence
for the industry like country insights, leads, industry trends and relay back to the organization.
Define
business set-up
and sales channels for profitable growth of the Aerospace business.
Design and create out
training and marketing materia
l and roll out to sales force and customers.
Determine
strategic customer events
and company participation in trade shows and associations, organize and manage all aspects of it with the support of the sales organization.
Interact with
key customers
in liaison with Key Industry Sales to determine and achieve strategic segment goals.
You will work in a dynamic and open work force together with global functions and high level management.
Ingredients for Success:
Bachelor’s degree: Engineer, chemistry or Business Administration preferred.
Strategic thinking skills.
Minimum of 2 years of Aerospace markets/industry experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral communication skills.
Strong management and stakeholder management skills.
Creativity, demonstrated marketing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferably experience with salesforce marketing cloud and social media.
Multicultural (CA, US, MX) mindset, multi-lingual a plus.
Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite at our New Providence, NJ office and 2 days remote.)
Flexibility and ability to travel up to 30% within CA, US, MX.
