Account Manager

for a client in downtown Minneapolis!

As the Account Manager, You Will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the site and partner with market leadership, and law enforcement entities to address operational needsDevelop rapport with client representatives and other relevant partners, by resolving issues and creating employee and customer facing training programs under the guidance of operational company executiveSupervise and coordinate activities of guard force as dictated by contractual obligations and to meet or exceed client expectationsTrain, develop, mentor, and motivate Security Officers to provide quality, consistent service and to ensure all decisions comply with company policy and federal and state regulationsParticipate in the employee onboarding process including new hire interviewing and selection of candidates that meet ASI's and the client's required level of qualifications and skillsWhat You Bring:

At least 8 years of security experience, with 3 to 5 years of experience in supervision and leadership requiredExceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of client successThe ability to be flexible and available as issues can arise 24 hours a day, seven days a weekPolicy development and training experience preferredProficiency with MS Office products as well as site-specific security programsWhat's In It for Me at ASI?
