SUMMARY:Rialto Capital’s Asset Management team is seeking an analyst to support its Miami-based Finance and Administration group. This role will prepare and manage recurring financial reports and forecasts around the revenues, expenses and general operations of the Asset Management platform. This role will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue/expense trends, budget surplus or deficits, staffing, trends in portfolio asset volume, etc. as well as communicate across various departments including Accounting, Treasury and Investor Relations.This Associate will manage, update and improve various business models and executive level presentations, so a high aptitude in both excel modeling and power point preparation is required.In addition, this role will have the opportunity to underwrite commercial real estate assets and present directly to Investment Management team.The ideal candidate will have a foundation in accounting or finance, with excellent attention to detail, as well as ability to problem solve when a solution or task is new or unclear.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc financial reports and analytics related to all financial aspects of Rialto’s Asset Management business.Prepare and analyze KPIs across various business departments to track trends and communicate to management on a recurring basis.Manage, update and improve revenue and asset based forecast business models.Prepare monthly inventory reporting of $100B+ CMBS bond portfolio.Serve as financial reporting point of contact between Asset Management and various internal departments, including Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations.Manage the weekly CMBS deal pipeline and send to Managing Directors.Prepare monthly cash reconciliations between the closed deal pipeline and actual revenue collected.Manage and report anticipated monthly income accruals based on deal flow activity and provide to corporate controller.Design and prepare power point slides that effectively communicate business performance, trends and updates to senior executives and C-suite.Ability to effectively summarize quantitative and qualitative data and communicate to management both verbally and in written form.Special projects and Ad-Hoc requests.SPECIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.Must have 3-6 years of experience in public/private accounting, corporate finance, and financial planning & analytics.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

required .Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or CMBS bonds a plus.Must be very detail oriented with the ability to self-review work.Must have strong analytical and organizational skills.Interest in underwriting Commercial Real Estate assets (no previous underwriting experience required, this role provides an opportunity to learn)Experience working with Power BI, JDE, Appian ideal but not required.Working Conditions
