About the role
We are looking for bright test frameworks engineers interested in ensuring the success of cutting-edge solutions to difficult problems in the autonomy space. This is a hands-on role in which you will design and implement comprehensive testing frameworks, improving the productivity of our development/QA teams and bringing standardization and automation to our processes and practices.Our test frameworks engineers work across our suite of products, tackling difficult full-stack, infrastructure, robotics, and graphics problems as the last line of defense. Create test scripts to automate the testing process and streamline overall design and performance verification testingCollaborate closely with engineers, product managers, engineering managers, and customers to build detailed test programs for our products that push the frontier of AV software developmentConduct and analyze test results and be responsible for critical performance of feature releases and updatesPrioritize execution of test plans and procedures, and identify performance marginsOwn the sign-off of test results, analysis, and reports for ongoing improvements of testing requirementsWe're looking for someone who has:
A Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Physics, Mathematics, or similar engineering field6+ years of software testing experience with complex software systemsBackground with UI Testing, API Integration Testing, Load TestingGood communication, organizational skills, and proactivenessHigh level of professionalism to nurture an ego-free cultureNice to have:
Prior experience with either AV simulation or vehicle simulationHands-on experience testing, troubleshooting, or debugging complex software systemsTesting experience in Gaming Industry, Unreal engine is a plusCompensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $130,000 - $173,000 USD annually.
