As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their technology roadmap, overseeing R&D efforts, and driving the development of next-generation robotic systems.Required Skills & ExperienceEducation:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or business management experience is a plus.Experience:
Proven track record (minimum of 10 years) in senior leadership roles within the robotics industry, with significant experience in R&D, product development, and technology strategy.Technical Skills:
Expertise in robotics systems, including hardware design, control systems, AI/ML, and sensor technologies. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks.Leadership Qualities:
Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious technical goals.Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of robotics market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Experience with industrial robotics, autonomous systems, or related fields is highly desirable.Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver market-leading robotic solutions. Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.Technology Partnerships:
Identify and forge strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and industry leaders to leverage synergies and accelerate innovation in robotics.Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to robotics and automation. Ensure products and technologies comply with industry regulations and safety standards.Team Development:
