Our Client, N Street Village is looking for an Executive Assistant! Salary is $65,000 Annually

With comprehensive services addressing both emergency and long-term needs, N Street Village helps women achieve stability and make meaningful gains in their housing, income, employment, mental health, physical health, and addiction recovery. N Street Village also provides affordable rental housing for low and moderate-income individuals and families.

About the RoleN Street Village is looking for an Executive Assistant with excellent organizational and prioritization skills to support the Village's Executive Team (Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Program Officer, and Chief Development Officer). As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the Executive Team, ensuring high levels of operational effectiveness. The position will primarily support the functions of the CEO, while also managing a wide-ranging portfolio of administrative responsibilities in support of the rest of the Executive Team. The person in this role will need to be able to move quickly between tasks and have a positive, collected attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of settings and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Executive Team.Manage the CEO's calendar, protecting and managing her time, and provide general calendaring support to the rest of the Executive Team.Provide support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, securing meeting spaces and refreshments, and overseeing follow-up communication or next stepsManage the Executive Team's expense tracking, reimbursements, and reconciliations in collaboration with the Finance team.Help ensure clear communications across the Executive Team and the broader organization, including regular drafting of all-staff updates.Create professional materials for distribution to the Board of Directors (spreadsheets, slide decks, etc.).Manage confidential and sensitive information from the Executive Team, including emails, shared files, meetings, etc.Work on various special projects and initiatives with members of the Executive Team as needed.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.3+ years of professional experience as a scheduler, assistant, or similar role supporting executives.Highly organized and detail oriented.Superior time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use or create systems to prioritize multiple competing tasks and manage projects to meet deadlines effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; eager to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.A positive and problem-solving attitude.Passion for the mission and values of the organization.
