Overview
The Sales Manager Role is a key Regional sales role within the Schumacher North America Sales team. The responsibilities within the Sales Manager job description will evolve over time as the Company continues its growth and evolution. The Core Focus Areas and Responsibilities for the Mid-West (Dakota's, Minnesota, Iowa) Area Manager role, which will be based out of the Minneapolis , are listed below:
YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: SalesMaintain existing Sales Growth Responsibilities for your current territory.Utilize client outreach, sales techniques, cross-selling, and sales reports to develop and implement a sales strategy and help reach the overall Regional sales goal.Place and follow up on customer orders; work with internal Support Teams to troubleshoot client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionKeep showroom accounts up-to-date on new product and offerings through a targeted outreach strategy.Partner with clients to explore and identify all needs within each project.Build a strong customer following and fellowship through consistent delivery of the highest quality product and client service.Expand your working knowledge of our Schumacher collections to become a trusted expert through product knowledgePartner closely with a Schumacher Account Executive to ensure client and sales success.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, management, staff, and the community.Sales Strategy and Management
Collaborate with Managing Director in the management of regional Sales initiatives to drive Sales growth.Work with Managing Director to identify potential opportunities and issues within the market and strategize solutions to capture and protect future business.In Managing Directors absence, and as directed by Regional MD, help to manage Regional Sales team.Showroom Operations
Work closely with Managing Director and sales team members to iterate and streamline Showroom operations, processes, and implement Operational strategies.Regional Sales Team Leadership and Support
Assist Managing Director in Managing and tracking Team Sales Funnel progress and Monitor progress towards monthly sales goals, team objectives, and team member KPIs.Help manage New Hire onboarding for Regional Team members and ongoing training of Regional Sales team members.As the Regional Managing Director directs, lead team meetings to ensure daily/weekly priorities are communicated clearly and the team is aligned on the plan.YOU HAVE/ARE
