As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Meeting & Events, you will supervise your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.What you will be doing:Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Meetings and Events Operations teamSupervise events, liaise with clients and delegate duties to team membersLiaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintainedEnsure guest expectations are met in each event, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standardsPromote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests.QualificationsYou will excel in this role if you have:A luxury service focused personalityFunctions experience in a large hospitality events operationExperience in leading a team and supervising othersAbility to work rotating roster, with the occasional late night or overnight shiftA real passion for everything food and beverageAbility to delegate responsibilities accordinglyStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesResponsible Service of Alcohol qualificationA high level of personal presentationTeam spirit and positivity, with the ability to work efficiently.Additional InformationWe live by our Heartist principles, that is, we embrace the essence of the heart and art of human connection.
