Required Technical Skill SetExpertise in Java and Spring bootGood Exposure to GCP tool stack and hands-on working experienceTechnical Skills:Overall 3-7 years of professional experienceExperience developing microservices and cloud native apps using Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Core, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot Framework JPA (Java Persistence API) (Or any other ORM), Spring Security and similar tech stacks (Open source and proprietary)Experience working with Unit testing using framework such as Junit, Mockito, JBehaveBuild and deploy services using Gradle, Maven, Jenkins etc. as part of CI/CD processExperience working in Google Cloud Platform -GCP knowledge is mandatory for offshoreGCP knowledge is preferred for onshore, but any one cloud knowledge is mandatoryExperience with any Relational Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL etc.)Soft skillsDesigning, developing, and implementing custom software and database application capabilities with limited oversightExcellent communication skills - design-related conversations, ability to build and nurture good relationships and foster an environment for collaborationActing as a member of the team supporting teammates and collaborating with a do what it takes attitude to ensure project and team successStrong Customer orientationExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
