ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?As a PRN Crisis Counselor, your mission is dynamic, responding to mental health crises in adults and children during evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Your commitment to making a difference extends beyond the typical 9-to-5, allowing you to be a vital part of our Mobile Crisis Response Team

whenever the need arises.In this pivotal role, your days will be a tapestry of compassion and resilience. Responding swiftly within 60 minutes to behavioral health crises, you'll assess needs, provide immediate support, and guide individuals to the appropriate level of care. Your teamwork will shine as you collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring effective communication to meet the diverse needs of those in crisis. Beyond crisis intervention, your consultations the following business day will ensure seamless follow-up services by our dedicated full-time staff. You'll complete screenings, assessments, and vital clinical documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.Requirements:At least 21 years of ageA Bachelor's or Master's Degree in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, social work, or psychologyA passion for actively participating in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environmentA valid driver's license and proof of insuranceExperience in mobile crisis response is a plus!
