We believe in nurturing the whole student academically, spiritually, and emotionally to prepare them for success in both college and life.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher to join our faculty and inspire students in grades 7 through 11. The ideal candidate will not only possess a deep understanding of mathematics but will also integrate biblical principles into their teaching, fostering a supportive and engaging classroom environment where students can grow academically and spiritually.Responsibilities:Teach comprehensive and engaging math curriculum aligned with state standards and infused with Christian principles.Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction that caters to diverse learning styles, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to promote student understanding and critical thinking.Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress accurately, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support individualized learning goals.Spiritual Integration: Integrate biblical principles and Christian worldview into math lessons, facilitating discussions that encourage students to explore the relationship between faith and mathematics.Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning, where students feel valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student achievement and contribute to the overall mission and vision of the school.Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay current with best practices in math education and Christian pedagogy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Teaching credential or certification.Ideally someone with experience teaching math at the middle or high school level, preferably in a Christian or faith-based setting.Strong understanding of mathematics content and pedagogy, with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.Commitment to integrating Christian faith and principles into teaching practices and fostering spiritual growth in students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Application Process:
